Why do you need a business coach?

I am a business and dream coach who is passionate about helping women live productive, profitable, AND peaceful lives. It’s totally possible! Here are three reasons why investing in a coaching program could be the next right thing for you.

1) You need someone who has been there.

When I started a business 12 years ago, I really had no idea what I was doing. My background and education are in music … not business! What I know today about: starting a business from the ground up, how to structure your company, when to incorporate, hiring the right team members, developing a business plan, taxes, introducing new services, products or offerings, identifying your vision and core values, scheduling and productivity, how to nurture my family and my business … and on and on … I learned by doing it.

Brene Brown is my guru. In the first episode of her podcast, she talks about the fear, awkwardness and vulnerability we experience when we do something new. However, when we have someone to walk with us through new things, we can make decisions with more confidence and peace. Especially if that someone has been there before.

Beware — there are lots of individuals marketing themselves as business coaches but have never actually started or owned a business. Look for a coach who actually has the experience to support their credentials. 🙂

2) Become profitable faster.

Working with a coach who provides accountability and a success plan for your business will save you so much time and money!

When Nicole and I started working together, she was burned out, exhausted and frustrated that she was so overworked and underpaid in her industry. She was aware that something needed to change but had no confidence to make the necessary changes. We worked together to raise her prices, increase revenue and profitability and most importantly — get hours back in her day.

And guess what — it worked!

Nicole said, “After a session with one of my clients today, the client actually apologized to ME for underpaying for so long! She told me how valuable I was and thanked me for doing what was best for my business. I can’t believe that what you are teaching me actually works. My mind is blown! With a single client, I just doubled my revenue and cut the work time in half.  I never would have been able to make this change on my own and I am so thankful for you.”

3) The entrepreneur life can be lonely and we need each other.

An integral part of my coaching programs is community. In both the Dreamer and Doer programs, you are connected with women who are in the same season of life and business and who understand the unique challenges entrepreneurs encounter. Sometimes even our families and those closest to us can’t aren’t dreaming alongside us. We need people who get it.

In a small group mastermind, we learn so much from each other and the connections we make along the way can really accelerate our progress and success. I love to facilitate conversations and relationships between women that lead to new business opportunities and growth!

In this community, we celebrate every big and little win and we support each other in every disappointment and struggle. We need each other and we are here for each other.

If you need ongoing support and encouragement as you figure out how to do the next right thing in life or business, I am here for you. My new coaching programs begin September 1 and I would love for you to schedule a call to find out which program is right for you.
